At Nextiz, we strive to provide you with the highest quality of services and support your satisfaction. Our refund and cancellation policy below outlines the conditions and procedures that apply to our services.

Refunds:

We offer refunds for our services on a prorated basis. This means that if you cancel your subscription, we will calculate the unused portion of your subscription and refund you accordingly. However, we do not issue refunds for services that are on sale or discounted.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@nextiz.com or via our chat system. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 10 AM to 6 PM IST. We strive to respond to your queries within 2-4 hours.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team via email or chat. If you decide to cancel your subscription today, it will be refunded from today's date.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges for our services. However, you may upgrade to a new plan if you wish to receive additional services.

As a customer, you have the right to receive services that meet your expectations and are of satisfactory quality. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has created guidelines that protect consumers from unfair and deceptive practices. As such, we at Nextiz are committed to complying with these guidelines and ensuring that your rights as a customer are protected.
